We may request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification when needed. We reserve the right to suspend the withdrawal process until our security team is satisfied.
2.2 Account Security
Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If any unauthorized activity occurs on your account, notify our support team immediately. laky9 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a third party using your account.
Operating multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately.
2.3 Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before requesting account closure. If you request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, we will process it on a priority basis.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The laky9 welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus. The bonus amount will not exceed the deposit amount and will not exceed ৳8,000 under any circumstances.

4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each player may receive the first deposit bonus only once.

- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus along with any associated winnings will be cancelled.

05 VIP Program Terms
